E-Competitions on World Environment Day 2020 Celebration

Instructions for Participants
  • We have designed four types of National E-Competitions for separate categories of participants.
  • Top 10 participants (Ist , 2nd and 3rd position with 7 consolation) will be announced as an National Awardee / Winner in each category of each competition activity.
  • All Awardees will be received a “Certificate of National Award” as per their rank.
  • The photographs of awardees will be published in the Website and Souvenir of the Conference.
  • Each participant will be receive an E-Certificate of participation.
  • But Registration/Entry fee is compulsory to participate in any activity.
  • The Participants can participate in only one activity as per their registration fee.
  • If the participants want to participate in more than one activity, those participants may submit separate entry fee (Rs. 100) for each activity.
  • The Participants may use any type of blank papers like notebook, register, A4 sheet, chart paper or rough notebook page for these activities.
  • Make sure to write your Name, Institution, Category, Mobile number and Email address at the top of the activity sheet.
  • Participants may submit their documents in only Word, pdf and jpg file through this link Submit Documents.
  • If any participant have problem to submit documents through website, they may submit it by email (conference.esda@gmail.com ) with receipt of fee submission.
  • If participants have any query or confusion, they may contact to relevant person/coordinator of the activity.
  • Languages of the activities are English and Hindi. We will also appreciate Hindi.

1. National E-Essay Writing Competition

  • Write an Essay related to the topics given below.
  • The Participants may write the essay on any type of blank papers.
  • Take the photo or scan of written essay sheets.
  • Participants may also type the Essay in word file.
  • The Essay should not more than 4-5 pages or 1200-1500 words.
  • The Participants can participate in only one activity as per their registration fee.
  • If the participants want to participate in more than one activity, those participants may submit separate entry fee (Rs. 100) for each activity.
  • The Participants may use any type of blank papers like notebook, register, A4 sheet, chart paper or rough notebook page for these activities.
  • Make sure to write your Name, Institution, Category, Mobile number and Email address at the top of the activity sheet.

2. National Poster Drawing Competition (Hand-made Painting)

  • Drawing a poster or Hand-made painting related to the topics given below.
  • The Participants may use any type of blank A4, A3 & chart paper or other paper.
  • Take the photo or scan of poster sheet.
  • Take a Selfie with poster sheet by your mobile. It is compulsory for proof.

  • It should not more than 2-3 pages or 700-1000 words.
