National E-Competitions

Instructions for Participants :

  • We have designed four types of E-Competitions for separate categories of participants.
  • Top 5 participants (I , 2 and 3 position with 2 consolation)will be announced as an Awardee/Winner in each category of each competition activity
  • All Awardees will be received the “e-Certificate & Hard copy of Certificate of Award” and Gold Medal as per their rank. Certificate of Award and Gold Medal will be sent to the awardees by Speed post or couriers after the event.
  • The Name/photographs of awardees will be published in the Website and Souvenir of the Conference.
  • Each participant will receive an E-Certificate of participation.
  • But Registration/Entry fee is compulsory to participate in any activity.
  • The Participants can participate in only one activity as per their registration fee.
  • If the participants want to participate in more than one activity, those participants may submit separate entry fee (Rs. 200) for each activities.
  • The Participants may use any type of blank papers like notebook, register, A4 sheet, chart paper for these activities.
  • Participants may submit their documents in only .doc/.docx, .pdf and .jpg file.
  • If any participant have problem to submit documents through website, they may submit it by email (conference.esda@gmail.com) with receipt of fee submission.
  • If participants have any query or confusion, they may contact to relevant person/coordinator of the activity.
  • Languages of the activities are English and Hindi
National E-Essay Writing Competition
  • Write an Essay related to the topics given below.
  • The Participants may write the essay on any type of blank papers.
  • Take the photo or scan of written essay sheets.
  • Participants may also type the Essay in word file.
  • The Essay should not more than 4-5 pages or 1200-1500 words.
  • Participants may submit their essay in only Word or pdf file through website. If any participant have problem to submit documents through website, they may submit it by email with receipt of fee submission.

National Poster Drawing Competition (Hand-made Painting)
  • Drawing a poster or Hand-made painting related to the topics given below.
  • The Participants may use any type of blank A4, A3& chart paper or other paper.
  • Take the photo, selfy or scan of half drawing poster. It is compulsory for proof.
  • Take the photo or scan of complete drawing poster.
  • Participants may submit their poster photographs (half and full poster) in only .jpg or .pdf file through website. If any participant have problem to submit documents through website, they may submit it by email with receipt of fee submission.

  • Write 3 Slogans in only 2 to 4 lines related to the topics given below.
  • The Participants may write the Slogans on any type of blank paper.
  • Take the photo or scan of written Slogans sheets.
  • Participants may also type the Slogans in word file.
  • Participants may submit their Slogans in only Word, jpg or pdf file through website. If any participant have problem to submit documents through website, they may submit it by email with receipt of fee submission.

  • Write an Innovative Idea related to the topics given below and save or conserve the water resources
  • Write the Innovative Idea on any type of blank papers.
  • Take the photo or scan of written Innovative Idea.
  • Participants may also type the Innovative Idea in word file.
  • It should not more than 2-3 pages or 700-1000 words.
  • Participants may submit their Innovative Idea in only Word, jpg or pdf file through website or by email.
