Paper Presentations
The World Environment Summit 2025 cordially invites participants to share their ground breaking research through
presentations that align with the conference theme and sub-themes, as outlined in their submitted abstracts.
Presenters have the flexibility to choose their preferred mode of presentation, whether oral or poster, and physical or virtual, to cater to diverse needs. We are committed to providing a dual-platform experience to accommodate all participants. Notably, all presented papers (both oral & poster) will be eligible for the prestigious Best Paper Presentation Award, a testament to the summit's dedication to recognizing and celebrating exceptional research
contributions. The presentation time may be decreased due to an increase in the number of presenters. Interested
participants may submit their abstracts following the above guidelines.
Oral Presentations
The presenters will have 5-7 minutes for their presentation, followed by 2 minutes for Q&A. Presentations should be
in Power Point or PDF format and include an introduction, clear explanation of research methodology and results,
conclusion, and references. Presenters must register by the deadline and arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled
presentation time.
Poster Presentations
The posters should be in 60 centimeters wide by 90 centimeters long in size (60 cm x 90 cm), portrait orientation, and
include a clear title, author names, introduction, methodology, results, and conclusions. Posters will be displayed
throughout the summit and presenters are expected to stand by their posters during designated poster sessions to
answer questions. The virtual posters should be in single page of PowerPoint or PDF format. The presenters will have
3-5 minutes for their presentation, followed by 2 minutes for Q&A.
