Register For Accommodation

The Organizing Committee of the 4th World Environment Summit 2023 will arrange some rooms in the guest house hotels near the venue for the accommodation of the keynote speakers and guests. But we do have not a government grant or corporate sponsorship to provide the accommodation to all speakers and paper presenters. Therefore, most participants will have to pay for the accommodation themselves. The organizing committee will help/facilitate booking the rooms in hotels for participants if contacted in advance. We have tied up some hotels and guest houses for the participants at discount rates at Greater Noida near Pari Chowk. Interested participants email conf.esda@gmail.com for requirements of their accommodation with details of exact dates, number of days to stay, and double/single occupancy as soon as possible or by 15 October 2023.

The Organizers will provide transport (pick up around 9.00 a.m. and drop off at 5.30 p.m.) to all delegates from Pari Chowk, Greater Noida (Bus Stand / Metro Stand) and their hotels to the venue of the event (Galgotias University). The participants may also use Ola/Uber taxi and Auto-rickshaw at a personal level which is available very cheap price. The Organizers are very dedicated to facilitating your transport and accommodation, and providing you best hospitality with limited resources.
