National Seminar On Air Pollution And Human Health on 8th March, 2017 at IMT, Ghaziabad

Environment and Social Development Association (ESDA) was organized a National Seminar and open discussion on “Air Pollution in Delhi – NCR and Its Effects on Human Health and Its Solution” with association of Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad on March 8, 2017 at Old Auditorium, Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad, U. P. that is supported by Ganesh Hospital, Ghaziabad. Dr. Atish Chattopadhyay (Director, Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad) was the Organizing Chairman and Dr. Jitendra K Nagar (General Secretary of ESDA) was the program convener. Shri Suresh Bansal, MLA of Ghaziabad was preside the seminar and Shri R. P. Singh, Ex-ADG and President, District Consumer Forum was the co-preside the session. The chief Guest Shri Ashu Verma, Mayor of Ghaziabad was inaugurated the National Seminar. Professor Raj Kumar (Head, National Centre of Respiratory Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, Vallabhbhai Patel Chest Institute, University of Delhi) and Professor Sirajuddin Ahmad (Department of Civil Engineering, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi) were the chief Speakers of the seminar. Dr. Archana Sharma (CMD, Ganesh Hospital, Ghaziabad) was the Patron and Mr. Sunil Miglani (Chairman, HLM Group of institutes, Ghaziabad) was the Co-Patron of the program. The officers including District Administrations, GDA, Nagar Nigam and others departments were also participated actively in this program. About 250 participants such students, social & environmental activists, journalists, NGOs representatives and ESDA offices bearers & volunteers were attended this meaningful seminar to learn about the control measurement of air pollution.
